Chuck Beem, New Executive Director
Chuck Beem was elected Executive Director of GCBA on Tuesday, December 12, 2017 by the Executive Board meeting at the Pregnancy Help Center in Lake Jackson. Prior to this, he served as Pastor of First Baptist Church of Rosharon for four years and eight months. Chuck graduated from Wright State University, the Air Force Institute of Technology, and Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary. He served for almost 11 years as youth pastor and then discipleship and missions pastor at the First Baptist Church of Brazoria, Texas. He also served as Minister of Youth and Education at First Baptist Church in Fairview Heights Illinois. Before that he served as a software engineer for over 12 years in the United States Air Force. Chuck and his wife Gina live in Brazoria. They have two sons and two daughters: Chuck, his wife Becky and 5 children, Isaiah, Elijah, Ana, Ellie, and Eddie; Andrew, his wife Cally and a daughter, Holly; Kristen, her husband Andrew and 2 sons, Dominique and Manuel; and Sarah, her husband Peter and a son, James. Donald Hintze, Executive Director
Donald Hintze was elected Executive Director of GCBA on Tuesday, November 18, 2003 by the Executive Board meeting at Heights Baptist Church in Alvin. Prior to this, he served as Associate Executive Director for two years and 9 months. Donald graduated from Louisiana State University and New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. He has served as pastor of the Reddell Baptist Mission in south Louisiana and on staff at McLaurin Heights Baptist Church in Pearl, Mississippi. Donald was the pastor of Temple Baptist Church in Clute, Texas for 18 years before coming to serve in GCBA. Donald and his wife Debbie reside in Clute. They have two sons; Phillip, his wife Jenny and their children, Jackson, Mikey, Brittany and Katie; and Josh, his wife Ashley and their children, Brady and Oliver.
